In MIS, staff training is ranked very highly in line with our continuous corporate renewal and
strategic re-positioning where our Customer Service Engineers attend training programs in various
Engineering areas. Some of the areas are Windows NT, Novell Netware Certification as well as on HP, IBM,
and Compaq certifications and Microsoft Windows Applications.
Essentially, we continually expose our Engineers and Sales Specialists to new and updated training
towards ensuring job satisfaction, knowledge enrichment, and better service to our numerous customers across the country.
In view of the continuous new product introduction in the other areas of Information Technology, Medical,
Test & Measurement, and Chemical Analytical Groups, our Engineers, Chemists, Physicists, and Sales Specialists
attend yearly training with the aim of updating their product and support knowledge.
This translates to better service to our esteemed clients across the nation.
